BOOKING POLICY
To confirm, we request a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount to pay per bank transfer or paypal.

CANCELLATION POLICY
It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
After this term, the deposit will be not refunded.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit will be not refunded (on demand we can postpone the reservation)
ASSISTANCE ONSITE
The assistance is provided by the property owners who speak Italian and English.
